About these terms

These terms apply when you order from Ìtàn Table by Ten10, a food and catering business based in Croydon, London, whether you order on this website, on WhatsApp or by enquiry. Please read them before you order.

Your order

When you pay online, your order is confirmed once your payment has gone through, and we send you a confirmation email.

When you send an order request, or order on WhatsApp, your order is confirmed once we have agreed the details with you.

If we can't fulfil an order, we will tell you as soon as possible and refund anything you have paid in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any delivery charge is shown before you pay.

Online payments are taken securely by Stripe or PayPal. For order requests, you pay in the way we agree with you when we confirm your order.

Allergies and dietary needs

Allergen information for each dish is on our Allergens page. Our kitchen handles many allergens, so we cannot guarantee that any dish is free from traces of them.

Please tell us about any allergy or dietary requirement before you order, and ask us if you are unsure about anything.

Collection and delivery

For collection, please come to the address and at the time we confirm with you.

We deliver only to the postcode areas offered at checkout. Please make sure someone is available to receive your order at the time agreed.

Our food is made fresh. Once you have it, please keep it chilled and eat it promptly, following any reheating guidance we give you.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Your food is prepared especially for you, so the usual 14-day right to cancel online purchases does not apply. This does not affect your other legal rights.

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but once we have started preparing your food we may not be able to offer a refund.

If something is wrong with your order, please tell us within 24 hours, with a photo if you can, and we will put it right or give you a refund.

Catering and events

Catering, private dining and home cooking bookings are quoted individually. Your quote sets out what is included, any deposit, and the cancellation terms for your booking.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Otherwise, we are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen, and our total responsibility for any order is limited to the price you paid for it.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
